Return & Refund Policy

Changed your mind, or something not quite right? At Canberra Fashion, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item needs to come back to us in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation, as we may ask for proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your package and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and certain personal care products such as cosmetics.

For safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Looking to exchange an item for a different product or size? The quickest option is generally to return your original item following our return procedure. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund and display it in your account.
